Cabins:
All cabins have kitchens with basic cooking and eating utensils, Televisions, Microwave, cook top & Refrigerators. Pillows/slips provided. Pets not allowed in cabins or with cabin bookings.
Motel Rooms:
All motel rooms do not have a kitchen at all. These are budget studio rooms, with a small television, microwave, kettle and bar fridge. Pillows/slips provided. Pets not allowed in motels or with motel bookings.
Vehicles:
One vehicle parking space is allocated for each site. Please advise if you have more than one vehicle or a trailer
Tarps:
No floor tarps are allowed on campsites at any time – This is for environmental concerns however usage of breathable items that allow the grass to keep growing is allowed.
Minimum booking:
Minimum bookings only apply for Peak Season periods.
Children/Infant Rates:
Children between 2 years & 14 years (inclusive) are charged at the childrens’ rate. One infant, no charge. (under 2). Only 1 infant at no cost and if using own portacot. No linen/towels supplied for infants
Deposit:
A 50% deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Check In/Out:
Check in time is after 2pm. Check out time is 10am.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days’ notice is required for a full refund of your booking payment, minus $50 cancellation fee
- 30 days’ or less notice requires booking to be re filled before a refund of your booking amount, less a $50 cancellation fee is given (excludes peak and summer periods) .
- 30 days or less for Peak and Summer season time, no refund is given.
Terms and Conditions
-Booking Deposits: a 50% deposit of the total booking is required
-Online bookings require 100% of the total booking
-Registration and Payment: Park Guests need to register and pay the balance of their accommodation
-Payment: we accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa Card and Eftpos
-You must be at least 18 years of age to book.
-A PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN, not just an adult, MUST accompany all guests UNDER 18.
-Guests are required to complete a registration card on arrival, provide photo identification if requested, and valid credit card
-Bookings may be rejected at any time if this information fails these requirements or the booking changes significantly that we deem to be outside our normal booking conditions
-We always try our best to honour your requirements but do not guarantee any specific accommodation or site. We reserve the right to relocate any booking to an accommodation of the same standard or better.
-Any damage to accommodation or park property, theft or extra cleaning costs will be charged to your credit card.
-Rates are for two persons per room, per night or total package on special offers, unless stated otherwise.
-Extra persons/Visitors sharing the accommodation or campsite, when room allows are charged the extra person rate, per person, per night. Please arrange this prior to your booking and pay on arrival. You are responsible to ensure any visitors report to the office on arrival.
Child Policy:
Infant 0 – 1 (1 infant Free of Charge)
Child 2 – 15 years charged per each
Adult – 16 years and above charged per each
-Special offers are not transferable and subject to terms & conditions & availability.
-All bookings are subject to availability.
-CHECK IN time is anytime after 2:00pm-CHECK OUT is by 10:00am.
-If bookings allow, please pre-arrange early arrivals or late check-outs prior to arrival date- A fee applies for all late check-outs.
-A map of the park including Emergency Evacuation procedures will be given on arrival, it is your responsibility to make sure all of your party are aware of this important information.
-Reception hours are 9am to 6:00 pm.
-Please let us know if you will be arriving outside of these hours so that we can make arrangements with you. Late check-ins after 9.30 pm may not be accepted.
-Please observe office hours in respect of sundry payments and registering visitors etc
-Linen supplied to all BOOKED beds
-NO SMOKING policy applies to all accommodation. A fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card for additional cleaning costs
-PLEASE NOTE: We do not service your unit during your stay
-If you have an issue please bring it to the attention of our office staff immediately so we can rectify the situation.
-The games room opening hours are from 9 am to 7 pm daily.
-Park amenities are closed at sign posted times for cleaning.
-Your tent/van must be kept within the boundaries of your allocated site.
-Do not erect a private clothesline other than a small temporary line, which is not within obvious view of other park users, & please remove at end of stay.
-Laundry facilities are provided- Coin operated.
-Remove washing promptly from washing machine, dryers and clothes lines
-Do not wash dishes or BBQ’s in Laundry trough or basins.
-WiFi available in most areas of the park at a charge
-We do not allow solid fuel fires with in the park- Including Webbers
-It is your responsibility to have adequate insurance on your property
-Boats, Jet Ski’s & trailers: to be parked in area provided No responsibility taken.
-One car per site, extra cars be parked in visitors car park or if a second car can fit onsite, please confirm with managers
-Speed Limit walking pace only
-We expect noise to be kept to a minimum and cease by 10.00pm.
-Respect others privacy, peace and quiet at all times
-Be mindful of other people’s enjoyment and property.
-Maintain sufficient periodical supervision of children so as to ensure that the children do not cause a nuisance or inconvenience to other occupants
-Sorry NO PETS in or around any tourist cabins, Motel or common areas
