What Is An Annual Site?

Basically, you own the structure on the site i.e. the cabin or caravan/annex and pay an annual fee to occupy the site for holiday use. The fee covers the cost of 4 people using the site and water.  You also need to pay for your gas and electricity.

Your annual agreement allows access to your site all year round; so you can come and go as you please and you have access to all parks facilities including discounts to the A Maze’N Things Theme Park and Panny’s Chocolate Factory

Our park is dog friendly.  As an annual, this means you can bring your dog ANY DAY OF THE YEAR including on peak times.  We are the only park on the island that is pet friendly 365 days a year.

(If you have a dog please specify to the park owners so we can discuss the importance of our dog rules to avoid confusion).

PLEASE NOTE:  These are ANNUALS ONLY.  We do not have any permanent sites in our park so you cannot live here!

Please arrange a site inspection prior to visiting our park to avoid disappointment.
